Credit card ( with rewards) which supports Google Pay?

Options
Can anyone recommend a credit card which offers rewards and also works with Google Pay?

For many years, we have used Tesco Credit card. Recently, we have started using Google Pay contactless and this is becoming our default method of payment. Unfortunately, Tesco have no intention of supporting Google Pay.

Amex is good if you like cash as a reward.
  • Get a Curve card and then use that to make your Tesco card work via Google Pay?

    Definitely do not do this!

Tesco treat all Curve transactions as cash (even genuine purchases) and will charge a 3.99% handling fee + interest from the date of the transaction.

When choosing a rewards card you need to consider which card offers the best rewards for YOU. Choosing a rewards card because it can or cannot be used with google pay is not really the best idea.

and then check whether it'll work with Google Pay here:
Edited to add: I've got an Amex Platinum Everyday and Santander All In One Mastercard on Google Pay.

I have also been using Tesco Credit Card for years and recently got a phone with Google Pay.

As it is not supported I discovered that I could set up Curve and use it as my default payment on Google Pay, and set my Tesco Credit Card as my default payment on Curve.

Are Tesco charging any fees on the transactions you make with this setup?
