Hi everyone, i was wondering if you could kindly review my WS please; telephone hearing is in 2 weeks

What is the date of your hearing and what is the date by which you must supply the WS, evidence and summary costs assessment?  Maybe the order just states 14 days before hearing but "in two weeks" is not very accurate and you might already have missed the deadline.  Please do check it.
The hearing is on 23.11.2020 and the first order for the court hearing says no later than 14 days before the hearing but the second order we received for the telephone hearing says the bundle are to filed electronically no later than 2pm two working days before the hearing.

I hope that you win at court. Afterwards I would be inclined to write to your MP detailing your experience and ask for your letter to be forwarded to Robert Jenrick.

As you may be aware there has been a public consultation regarding the new CoP. The PPC's do not want mitigating circumstances to be considered in the single appeal. I believe that they should be and that the adjudicators have the powers to make judgmental decisions. If this was happening now you would not have been pursued and harassed in this way.

I will really appreciate your help or any input whatsoever on my WS which i have included here, i would really like to get this over with seeing that its been going on for over two years rather than putting in a request for the date to be moved because i'm ill. Thank you.

Your point # 10 should say £60 not 60%.  You then have a floating paragraph. (Every paragraph requires a number).

Have you received the scammer's WS and exhibits? Please post them here if/when you have them. Please only redact YOUR personal data.

You could add to points 6 - 9 that this may breach the requirements of the Equality Act 2010 because you had a life threatening and debilitating medical condition, only rectified by correctional surgery and subsequent convalescence.

Do you have any exhibits to include such as images of signs?

I can't see anywhere that you have challenged landowner authority and their failure to prove they authority to issue charges and court claims.

"18. A transcript will be publicly available shortly."

I believe that this relates to an out of date WS example. Have you seen the latest WS example in the NEWBIES thread?
