Im not really surprised the money your getting back are low. The business model wasnt long lasting.

You will receive a payment of £212.04. Your payment represents 4.3p in the £ on your agreed claim value of £4918.84.

I'm actually quite happy about that, it's £200 I never expected (considering I thanfully fully got out of the payday loan cycle back in 2011), makes me annoyed I never bothered to try any claims with the 15 or so other companies I would have dealt with in the past!
• Check your mail just had an email from wonga informing me what my payment be £1300 got £58 4.3p in the pound

I have heard today I’m getting £21.34 and it will take 4 weeks or more
• Received £106.03 back (minus 33% i have to pay to the 3rd party i used to reclaim my money) out of £2459.62

Suppose the good news is the loans are being taken off my credit file within the next 45 days !!

Won't get any of the money for up to 4 weeks either!!
• Yes, through out a very turbulent time (financial) I was forced to use a payday lender (Wonga).

After being told that I was mis-sold and owed back £2482 I have now been told that my refund will be £107.

Disgusting, Daily Mail has estimated that Damelin (Founder) is worth around £34 million, and done a bunk, before selling his shares!

Somebody should be accountable.

So why don't you hold yourself accountable for taking out the loan in the first place? your an adult and you made the choice to take out the loan.

By saying you were miss sold they are saying you should never have been offered the loan in the first place, so what would you have done if they didn't offer you the money?
