I saw online somewhere that refunds due Oct 2019 but Wonga administrators had extension for 4 months so will be end of Jan 2020. No application for another delay so hopefully.....0

I am due to get one.
Just been told it will be by the 31st Jan.
Should of been getting over £3k back be lucky to get 10% of the amount
I'm in the same position - claim was just over £3k but imagine I'll probably get around £300, if I'm lucky! Anything is better than nothing though.
I do wonder if it'll get delayed further but fingers crossed it doesn't.Total: £50,676 £0 🥳 The journey to debt freedom0 -
I'm owed £442. I look forward to my £4 if im lucky0

I still had a loan running on a 0% repayment plan. Still owed £1400. That was settled and closed by Wonga about 6 weeks ago0

Hi, I am due a redress payment from Wonga at the end of the month, although there is a hitch in that they don't seen to be letting me update my bank details with them.
"Note: We are validating bank details at present so, if your banking details have changed, let us know and we will send you an email with a link to upload your new details. "
But every email I sent to their customer care address (yes it is definitely the right email address and not a noreply@) has been ignored for the last two weeks. I have tried phoning the number provided for complaints many times, but haven't been put through to anyone even once.
Is there any other way of contacting them at all? If the redress payment is even just 10%, it's still around £200 that I could miss out on just because they haven't replied.
Any advice would be appreciated on this matter0 -
I have had an email asking for me to upload a picture of my bank card with the card number removed and of my driving licence. I am a little bit worried about doing this - I am planning to remove my date of birth and address from my driving licence. Is this ok to do, is it normal to do this as I am worried about my details being copied and used by another party or to try and gain access illegally to my bank.0

If you remove your date of birth and address , it won't give them any way of confirming you're who you claim to be.
You could be any one of a thousand Mr/Mrs/Miss Anngerrishs.0 -
That isn't something we have been asked to do.
Have you rung the helpline to find out if this is a genuine request for information?0
