Phone is set to switch automatically to wifi when at home. Often sitting 8 ft from router and its using 4G. Is issue with O2/phone or with Sky/wifi? Had a notification of being at data limit due to this and obviously not realising it's not 'switched'. Bit of a techno phobe sorry!

It is usually an issue with your home wifi, so if it is not good enough or intermittent signal the phone will not bother and use data.0

Go into your phones WiFi settings and 'forget' the Sky saved WiFi connection, then reboot both the router & the phone. Once everything's up and running do a search for the WiFi signal and sign back in.0
