    It's so hard isn't it.

    I think because I have so much to lose I just see it as a longggggggg struggle so keep thinking well one more week of bingeing won't make a difference when it really is affecting me mentally.

    It's such a vicious circle, I eat to make myself feel better which in turn makes me feel worse - WHYYYYYY!!

    I need to sort myself out.

  • Wow so it's been a while, more than a year since I've been on here. 

    I've been busy working from home during these crazy times. 

    Just thought I would pop on to let you all know that I just bought my own flat, mortgage offer is on the way now and hoping to be moving in around 26th March. I am so proud of myself for doing this on my own. 

    I'll pop in and out of the DFW boards but I am going to be mostly on the MFW board now trying to get this mortgage PIF as quickly as I can.
