  • Thanks Dan.

Yeah sure am, just busy with work and trying to save as much as possible (failing miserably this month) so that I can get my own place next year.

Back on the diet aswell today, loads to lose so as long as I get there this year I will be happy with that.
  • Hi,

    New diary time for me!

    My 2020 goals are;
    • Stay debt free - CC PIF yesterday to cover monthly spends.
    • Save £10,000.00 - £1,300 saved so far.
    • Get to goal weight of 10st - Lost 11lbs in January 2020.
    • Get rid of 60 things I don't need - Got rid of a few bits haven't kept track so will start again from February 2020.
    • Use up the stationary and toiletry stash - Used up a couple of bits so far, plenty more to go.
    • Buy all Birthday and Christmas gifts in the sales - Doing well with this so far.
    • Keep a spending diary - Failed in January, starting again in February.
    • £1,000 on surveys - £19/£1,000 - Long way to go.
    • Only shop to replace items I use - Failed in January, starting again in February.
    • Keep this diary up to date - Kind failed in January, starting again in February.

    Dxxx

Updates to my 2020 goals, more of a focus from February if I want to achieve these!

I'm just back from a month's holiday and couldn't get myself motivated but having just read your diary from the beginning I'm inspired again. Off the make lists of every single thing I need to do and what I want to achieve this year. Thanks, Dolly.

Good luck with the diet. I'm another one who struggles.
Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.
  • It's so hard isn't it.

I think because I have so much to lose I just see it as a longggggggg struggle so keep thinking well one more week of bingeing won't make a difference when it really is affecting me mentally.

It's such a vicious circle, I eat to make myself feel better which in turn makes me feel worse - WHYYYYYY!!

I need to sort myself out.
