Yesterday and today the same survey number keeps appearing in the Gold Survey section and when I click on it the page refreshes to offer the same survey until either I give up or it ceases to appear.

For Flips Sake - uploading receipts - had 2 today and neither worked in chrome, tried in edge still no go.
Then wondered if their system is so poor it cannot read items showing sideways ( 2 other sites have no issue with reading them that way)----------- Yep that's it ---- both went through with no problems (did one photographed upright and just rotated the sideways image on the other one )
Receipts when they are uploaded need to be upright not sideways5 -
How do you get SB from Watch on the app? I leave it playing the videos for ages and don't get a single SB?0

Before I put a ticket in has anyone else had problems with a survey via Revenue Universe on Freeview/Freeview Play for 52 sb. Got all the way to end and it said I didn't qualify for this survey. I did take a screenshot when I had completed 95% of the survey, so hoping that will help.
