They are now offering me 15 SB to upload a receipt - I wonder how long it will be before this becomes a Swago square the same as it is in the USA

Do you know roughly how long it takes?  And how do you know when it pays?  Sorry to be a pain!

It will say when it credits but then just continues so I really don’t know. I just put it on when not using my phone and let it run.

I've just done a Userzoom survey - a bit longer than this, about Life Insurance.  Survey all went fine but I had to instal Uzerzoom on my Chrome browser.  I wasn't sure whether it would uninstall afterwards but it didn't and now I'm not sure if it's best to remove it.  Anyone else had to do this and if so, have you left it on or removed it please?  I'm not too sure what it does or if I should be concerned about it...

I hardly ever seem to see the Userzoom surveys that other people report, but they are all well worth doing - so after the last one I got, I left the extension in place in case that encouraged them to offer me more surveys.  However, it hasn't;  I haven't seen one in over three weeks.  But I have had no other effect from the extension either, or I would have removed it.  So I would say it's safe to leave it - much safer than the Swagbutton itself!

I had this offer too but when I upload a receipt I'm still only getting 2SB. No idea what I'm doing wrong!

Thank you.  I hadn't completed one for months, although I've had surveys reject me straight away after clicking the link which I have noticed were Userzoom from the momentarily visible browser address.  I wondered whether I might be offered more if I kept the extension so thanks for your reply, you've answered that question

I can’t get any accepted and I use 2 other receipt apps without issue

I've never had a problem - Asda and Aldi have both been accepted fine. I can't remember if I've used any other supermarkets.  I'm iphone, don't know if that makes any difference.
