Just did mine in Firefox and it activated. Usually takes longer in Chrome.

I didn't get a banner to activate in Firefox or Chrome - with all Javascript permitted.  I even tried on my Android phone - still no banner.

Not the same, I know, but initially I didn't get a banner for TUI but after clicking around a few times, even clicking on the swagbutton, it had ticked the the box even though still no banner. That happened in Chrome which I've been having a few issues with lately which was why I switched to Firefox.

Many thanks!  The moment I clicked on the swagbutton (in Chrome), I got an "activated" banner, and the square was marked off.  Great tip!

I am using Chrome. When I click on the buttons in the Swago board they open in a new tab but the pop up that is supposed to appear so I can click activate isn’t appearing. Can anyone suggest what is wrong with my computer?

Also when I click on the Swagbutton it opens as a tiny square, about 1cm, and doesn't actually load but it works on my computer in Firefox. Any idea how to get either of these things working again?

The pop ups are not appearing in Firefox for me either. Any idea what is wrong with my computer?

Have you checked that pop ups are allowed? Click the padlock symbol on  the address  bar and see if they are showing as blocked.then click 'allow'

I see the box on swago has been changed from use swag button for swag code to Crabtree and Evelyn

Seems odd, especially with no swagcodes since before the weekend.
