I started a survey before offering 11SB's which was supposed to take 2 minutes to complete. It was about banking and financial institutions. (Survey ID: 45902024). However, it was soon clear it was going to take much, much longer than 2 minutes, and for such a miserly return.
Deceitful and annoying isn't it? I didn't complete the survey.4 -
Same here - I closed it down as soon as I saw it was going to take much longer than advertised.

Urgh, I've come back to Swagbucks after a break and I already remember why I stopped it. Did a survey, at the end it was yes I agree to keep this information confidential... and then it said we're sorry there are no surveys for me! Erm I just did the survey! Grrr2

The crucial thing is to take screenshots as you approach the end of a survey, then you can send the last one as supporting evidence with the ticket you raise with Customer Support. I have never had a ticket refused if I have attached a screenshot.

What device are you using to try to access these? I use a desktop computer and now seem to complete them and get rewarded but didn't at first.
