The crucial thing is to take screenshots as you approach the end of a survey, then you can send the last one as supporting evidence with the ticket you raise with Customer Support.  I have never had a ticket refused if I have attached a screenshot.
    Same here, it’s pretty painless.

Thanks - as well as the 8+5 I got another 5SB as a swag-up from the Spin & Win.

Is anyone else getting of those "Your Survey" surveys? I never get anywhere with them just multiple failed attempts to actually get to one of these surveys. Just wondered if anyone has had any success with them.
When they first arrived on here I did well out of them but then they went into disqualifying with no points so now I'm either closing them down every time I see them or automatically put in a report that they disqualify in the hope that they will get blocked from annoying us.

I just completed one which was supposed to take 4 minutes but took more like 10 or 11 - and I wasn't slow about working through it.  I was so annoyed that I put in a ticket asking for a pro rata bonus on it - so we'll see what happens!

I complained about one yesterday, it said 11SB's for 2 minutes work, however it was soon clear it was going to take a lot longer than this. Anyway, have now been credited with the 11BS's even though I discontinued completing it.
    So good on Swagbucks!

I wonder if we will get any swag codes as we don't seem to have had one for 2 days

Yet another traditional hassle with Swago - the Microsoft square has no banner to activate.  It goes automatically to the GB site, but I checked the US site and just got a flash of "banner activated" without clicking on anything, and it certainly didn't mark off the square.
