I have no idea why! As far as I know, I've not done anything wrong and this has come out of the blue.I sent a message through the helpdesk. I never got a reply but my account was reinstated.I cash out every time I reach £10 rather than letting a balance build up.
Here I go again on my own....2 -
Having a little trouble cashing out... I'm getting this security question which I absolutely certain I know what I put for and it wont work. It's a two word title. Will they have it saved at their end with/without a gap, all caps, no caps, or mixed case as I typed it...??? Or is there a way of getting it to ask me a different question (can't even remember if they asked more than one...)
Also I am guessing that if I get Amazon vouchers my other half will have to order what he wants on my Amazon account not his??? If it works out a hassle then Tesco is as good as cash.
Ta,
Paula

Once you have your Amazon code you can give it to your husband to put in his account, or in fact send it to anyone you like. It is purely a code, and is not personalised at all. Mind you, you would be better to redeem for the £5 e-Mastercard and use that to top up your (or his) Amazon balance - it costs less SB than an Amazon voucher.

No, that doesn't happen now. When you receive the e-mail link to the card, it goes through something called PrePaidDigitalSolutions, which needs your name and address but eventually gives you the card details. You then go to Amazon's Payments page and add the card, mlaking sure you get the expiry date right. Once it has been added, you then go to the page to Top Up your gift card balance, and use the new card to do so. Once Amazon confirms by e-mail (five minutes or more later) that it has done this successfully, go back to the Payments page and delete the details of the card.OK, it's more of a faff than simply copying and pasting the details of a gift card, but it is (at the moment, anyway) considerably better value in Swagbucks terms.5

I've tried this multiple times but can never really get anywhere.
At the rate I've earned SB it would take weeks to make a tenner.0
