Has anyone had their account suspended? I just tried to log in and it said my account is under review.
I have no idea why! As far as I know, I've not done anything wrong and this has come out of the blue.
Yes, it's happened to me too.
This has just happened to me too this evening. Was about to cashout £25 and its come up with this message. A quick Google suggests it happens a lot and that no-one ever gets their account back. Have you had any luck?

I sent a message through the helpdesk. I never got a reply but my account was reinstated.

I cash out every time I reach £10 rather than letting a balance build up.
Here I go again on my own....

Having a little trouble cashing out... I'm getting this security question which I absolutely certain I know what I put for and it wont work. It's a two word title. Will they have it saved at their end with/without a gap, all caps, no caps, or mixed case as I typed it...???  Or is there a way of getting it to ask me a different question (can't even remember if they asked more than one...)
Also I am guessing that if I get Amazon vouchers my other half will have to order what he wants on my Amazon account not his???  If it works out a hassle then Tesco is as good as cash.

    Ta,
    Paula

Once you have your Amazon code you can give it to your husband to put in his account, or in fact send it to anyone you like.  It is purely a code, and is not personalised at all.  Mind you, you would be better to redeem for the £5 e-Mastercard and use that to top up your (or his) Amazon balance - it costs less SB than an Amazon voucher.

Molly is it easy to do that? I have not tried it myself but seem to remember from reading in here a while ago that it’s a bit of a faff and that Amazon keeps £1 back. Is that still the case? Thanks in anticipation 😊

I've tried this multiple times but can never really get anywhere.

At the rate I've earned SB it would take weeks to make a tenner.
