Nor I - and I have tried in Chrome, Firefox and ancient Internet Explorer on Windows.  @shazzylou, which browser and platform are you using?

Thank you so much, @Spoon2!  I tried it in the Answer app - no joy.  I tried it in the Swagbucks app - no joy.  I tried it by opening the full Swagbucks site in my browser - and it worked!  I'm sick to think how many high-paying Instant surveys I've missed, but now thanks to you I know how to access them.

Yes, sorry, I meant mobile browser (Safari for me) rather than the apps.
No problem. It took me a while to work out how to access them. Hopefully, they'll fix the issue at some point!

Thank you shazzylou & Spoon2 for the  information & how to access instant surveys.I was only attempting on pc over 3 different browsers over the last few months but they never opened up.Just got the 91SB one on Chrome browser on my phone.

I haven't had an instant survey for ages. Do they still look the same as they used to?
