I am being driven crazy! Can anyone tell me how to submit an enquiry for missing points? I am missing 4600sb altogether!! (2600 for the mse bonus sign up, and 2000 for reaching a specified level on a game via discover). 

I can't submit a ticket, because I 'click here to submit a ticket' and then on the next page it says 'if the ticket request form is not shown below, please visit the help section', so am going round in circles!
I've tried messenger, both to the swagbucks page and swagbucks uk, it's been a few days and no response from either 😩

Can anyone offer any suggestions?

Ah, by a process of experimentation I discovered that the correct link is https://www.swagbucks.com/team-challenge?cid=279.  (I started off trying to point out the error in the comments box on the blog post, but it refused to let me!)

On my home page it was  at the top next to the one like this.said  something like 'These quick surveys are going fast ' within the  box next to the amount

Anyone who is having problems hitting first goal I’ve just claimed my 100sb from swago and it has reached both goals for today yesterday I only had 36sb just gave up in the end. I’ve got 122 sb total today

Whereas my second goal was 190 (I did reach it earlier today);  my first was 98, which I assume was the same for everybody, but the second one varies.

One trick I have been using lately, although not every day just in case - around 7:30 am I have looked at the Gold surveys (at that time there are plenty), and chosen a high-paying one, and completed most of it;  then I leave it alone until after 8am, and then finish it off.  Occasionally it doesn't work and the survey crashes and I get nothing, but most often I get the full credit right there at the start of the new day.
