I can open that ok and the Gift voucher is showing but when I tried to use it at freemans it came up with the URL

So it is the Freemans.com URL which is causing problems?  I can access their home page, but if it is a payment page on your account that is unavailable you would need to contact Freemans themselves about it - or wait a few hours and see if whatever is wrong gets fixed.  If I am guessing wrong here (on minimal information) it would help if you said exactly which URL is causing the problem..

Am not sure Molly what the problem is I’ve never had a problem before GV is in the wallet and this is all I keep getting on the page at freemans

Yes, but which URL?  A Freemans URL, or a PrePaidDigitalSolutions one?

Are you not sure what a URL is?  It is the entry in the location bar of your browser;  for instance, the URL for your message to which I am replying is https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/77636791#Comment_77636791.  If you copy it, you can paste it here.

Alternatively, if there isn't time to grab a copy of it before the page switches to the error message, then go back to the link which was supposed to take you there, right-click on it, and that will copy the destination URL to your clipboard so that you can paste it as plain text.  For example, if I right-click on the Thanks link on your post, it relates to the URL https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/react/comment/like?id=77636791.

Hi, I signed up to swagbucks via the mse link to get an extra 2600sb when you earn 1300 in your first 30 days. I have done that, can anyone help where/when I should see the bonus? 
The description said some on thing like 'you'll find your bonus 2600sb in the ' My swagbucks cards' section', but I can't find that? Thanks

I had the same rejected url when I tried to use the virtual Mastercard at EDF Energy and when I tried the council site to see if it worked to pay my council tax - like they usually do. Same error. I did end up using the EDF phone service to pay the electric bill with the virtual card and that worked. Worth trying if Freemans have a phone service.
