Hello. I have my court hearing on 30 October. Unfortunately VCS withheld their statement until the day it was due, so had to send mine off without having seen theirs. I've attached their full pack here. Grateful if anyone could spare some time to cast their eyes over it, and perhaps look at some queries I have below too.

    A couple of things:
    1. The venue of my local county court is listed in the "at" section, but the rules a-g talk about "calls" as though it is a telephone hearing. a little confused about that. It seems to me that it is an in-person hearing, and the rules are incorrect perhaps?
    2. Re point f and g, assume I do not need to send anything further?
    3. Between pages 53 and 54 of the VCS court pack (PDF document linked above), they have failed to include the rest of my defence, which discusses the key points pertinent to my case. I'm not why they have done that? I've included links to my WS and defence, as posted on here at the time of writing them.
    4. They've also not included my full defence elsewhere. Again, not sure why. some sort of attempt to deliberately mislead the court perhaps??

You said the above, but most Court Orders say 'not later than 14 days before...so you could have waited, unless your deadline was sooner.

Yes, deadline was back in September to provide my WS and evidence - it's just taken my a couple weeks to redact and upload their pack now.

The court have confirmed it is a telephone hearing and that I will be phoned on the day.

Yes, I held on for as long as I could. I hand delivered to the court the day before and sent the claimant my pack via special delivery to ensure both would be received and picked up before the deadline.

Do you have any thoughts on what I have uploaded re their pack?

That's not unheard of. (Plus doctoring photos in the D's WS to degrade the quality so as to make them useless). I'd suggest emailing your bundle to the court (copy the claimant) to confirm that this is an electronic copy of what was filed in person at the court, just in case the judge is unable to locate your original bundle. In the same email make it clear that the official bundle filed by the claimant does not match what you sent to the claimant. (This may help with any Unreasonable Behaviour consideration during Costs assessment at the hearing).

Interesting that it's date 3rd September and says that there 'is currently a live appeal' about the fake added 'debt recovery' charges.
