Taken down. It is the OP's responsibility to make sure images are "clean." I do try to check but this one had lots of images and, unless they are clicked on individually, are so small as be almost unreadable.The image/album contains persona data such as a name as well as an image of an adult and a child.

Nothing you can do
It's either pay up or fight them in court
If you lose in Court , pay the judgment in FULL within 30 days to avoid any CCJ issues
They have to win before any CCJ happens
They can threaten court , but not a CCJ1 -

By the way, they can't 'threaten a CCJ' as only a Judge can deliver a CCJ. All they can threaten in that context is the issue of a court claim against you.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Defend the claim at your local court and win, like everyone else! PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
