Any ideas how long the quidco cashback takes with mobileshop.com? Because mine hasn't shown up yet even as pending in my account and I ordered it on 22/09/05. However, i received the phone on 27/09/05. So, should I be worried? Thanks

no dont worry ! just be patient,i ordered my phone through quidco in June, today i received notice that payment is imminent !...after much asking so keep on at them

  • just a quick question regarding o2 contracts through mobileshop.com. are the o2 contracts part of the o2 online or o2 high street department. if that makes sense. i ask because on the more information section regarding the tarriff it says that calls to 08xx numbers are not included in the free mins. i always thought o2 high street included 0875, 0845 and 0800 numbers

Is that "more info" on mobileshop or 02 site?

believe the online tariffs come with more texts, so appears to be standard tariffs
(with free 0870.. etc)- - my CPW 02 contract has these inclusive ( CPW billing) , wife is on 02 via mobileshop although not tested 0870 issue yet , but billed direct from 02

I think, but don't take it as gospel, the mobileshop o2 tariffs are high street versions and will include 0870 and 0845 as inclusive. I hope so anyway because I took one out last week and ditched Orange after 7 years.

  • I got an O2 contract phone from Mobileshop.com (200 xnetwork mins + 100 texts) about 6 weeks ago, and it does include 0870 and 0845 numbers.
  • thanks for the help. glad to hear i can use it for 0875 and 0845 numbers. the deal is just too tempting to resist, 12 months free line rental, and cashback. plus a spare mobile that i can give away as a present.

make sure you go through the referral sites like rpoints or quidco to get more money.

also remember if you are going to port your number to o2 there is a £10 admin charge.

also remember to cancel your three month free insurance.

however it is a good deal, that is the deal i got!
