If they are anything like Coventry BS you will get your money in your nominated account after 2pm tomorrow. There is still no sign of the easy access account so they should really still be paying the 2.30% rate.

My Issue 3 still showing online and says "MATURITY INSTRUCTIONS LOGGED". Interest was credited 31/10/2017. Hopefully it will be into my linked bank account tomorrow.

What do you do with the old passbook, shred it?

Did anyone get a phone call from Leeds to verify the details? I am sure after filling in the online form, it said to expect a phone call from Leeds.

Leeds BS online banking only updates overnight, IIRC. Therefore anything that happened today should (in theory) show online tomorrow.

Don't recall it saying there would be a phone-call. I can't see them taking the time to call everyone who has this account maturing? Hope not as my phones are all set not to accept calls from any number that is not in my contacts. I will just phone them myself tomorrow if transfer hasn't appeared in my linked bank account by mid afternoon.

Leeds BS said they would phone if you requested automatic payment to an external account that had not previously been linked to a Leeds account.

They haven't called me.... yet.

Closure BACS has now been processed (dated 1/11) for my Leeds Regular Saver issue 3.

Hopefully, the money will appear in my Santander sometime today.

Leeds BS have launched issue 9 of their regular saver. Can't have the regular saver if you've got issue 5, 6, 7 or 8 already.

Haven't received my payment in my receiving account yet but my Issue 3 RS has been removed from my Leeds BS online record.
