Regular E Saver Issue 5 £250 per month 2.25%
Thanks. Just opened Regular E Saver Issue 5, paid in initial £250 by FP and set up SO for £250 from 1 June.0 -
Unless I've misread it, it appears the store version of Virgin's regular saver has moved on to issue 4 with a maturity date of 1 June 2018.
Just about to go to a branch so will find out for sure in a minute.
Just to confirm the store issue 4 is up and running - opened mine and already have it funded :j
Staff in the store were a little bit surprised to have a customer asking for it already, but no problems opening the account in their usual friendly and polite manner. I can thoroughly recommend Virgin Money for savings"In the future, everyone will be rich for 15 minutes"0 -
When I've opened this one, it will be my tenth with Virgin, half of my Regular Savers will be with Virgin. Seems a bit odd to me but hey ho.
And the new shop saver makes 11. I've been in a shop today to have my passbooks updated and I asked if there was anything coming up. Staff didn't know.

UnluckyI was going to my local store for the same reason, and was going to ask about new accounts as well. But decided to go to the library first and check online while I was there. Glad I did, although the staff in my store were already aware.

Of course, I am hoping for 4, and 5 to make my list look pretty, I closed the Matchday accounts when the issue 3 came out, as now my online banking flows, that said I'm running out of money to put in them, but I have now got a maturing RS every two months till Christmas, and thinking of pulling of of Bucks as they only pay 1.25% but you just never know if different rates will be launched for customers only like other Building Societies, which is making me hesitate a little.
I got a book today about the history of Virgin Bank, when I donated a suggestion amount to their charity which I hope will be a good read.

YAY happy Westie,
Store appointment booked, and online opened and will be funded shortly
Looking good now, number 10 for me,
Just in time for maturing Lloyds and will probably close one of the Leeds (the one closed to payments probably)

Looking at the Nat West savings builder. Would this be another good one to add to the first page, to keep money to drip feed into other reg savers. 1.5% for up to £5000 if I have read it right, but need to put in £100 each month to maintain getting 1.5% interest.0
