Think I may have to start using the 2% regular savers, as I have FD, and Nationwide maturing in the next few months,
You realise you can start new ones with FD and Nationwide as soon as the existing ones have matured?

I can't see Nationwide doing 5% on £500 again. More likely they'll go the way of TSB just before the anniversary on 1st December.

Can anyone tell me the current interest rate on this account. Only opened it 3 or 4 months back. I thought it was 5% but then I seem to find there is one mentioned for 3%. Can't find if it's changed.

Does anyone know if it's possible to open a Bank of Scotland Regular Saver online without having to get a BoS login? (I use a Halifax login which shows my BoS current accounts).

Have you tried to log into the BoS site with your Halifax log in details? I don't know whether you can still do this, but mine are both the same.

Thanks, unfortunately not here - just tried and it doesn't get past the first login page.

In that case you'll either have to wait until you've registered for online banking with BoS or ring them.

Leeds issue 4 all opened, I also have a issue 3 and no issues, so now to spread my money about, after filling up the 6% and 5% ones.

Ditto. Issue 4 (2.30% variable) opened and first month funded, running with Issue 3 (3.05% variable) opened in June 2016.

I don't expect that this fortunate situation will continue for too long. I understand that Leeds BS has form for dropping the rate on the older edition of its RS.

I've also opened the following in the last two weeks:-

    Halifax RS 2% £250pcm
Bank of Scotland MS 2% £250pcm
    Principality BS RS 2% £500pcm
Buckinghamshire BS Simple RS 2% £250pcm (now pulled)
Lloyds Monthly Saver 2% £250pcm (additional to existing Club Lloyds MS)
    Yorkshire BS MS 1.75% £500pcm

All being drip fed from Santander 123 in anticipation to closing.
