Hi Hollie- was that an 18 month contract? Currently paying 28 on 12 month contract and looking to renew for another 12. Not sure if I could get them lower than 28 as most providers seem to be moving away from 12 months by charging a premium for that option.

if you have a partner and wish to stay with plusnet and you have no luck with a retention deal, then simply use your partners name (if they agree) and swtich to plusnet using quidco or topcashback and get a much better deal as a new customer (in your partners name)


ive been doing this for years, (if I stay with the same isp and don't get a good deal to stay at end of my contract)


you may lose your old number if you wish to stay with plusnet tho, if switching to a different isp then you should be fine

I find success (with anybody, not just Plusnet) tends to come mid morning any day of the week - around 11am in my experience.

They are not budging 25.99 for basic broadband and evening and weekend calls. Quoted other offers to them and they said others can give you good deals then hike the price up after the contract is out. Fed up with having to negotiate every year ☹️

back in september quoted the vodophone deal to them at £21 said i like plusnet but will move if the can do anything and the said straight away the would match it and charge me £21 month for unlimited fibre.

so was really please as happy to stay with them and they matched best deal around at the time.

just take your luck who you speak to on phone. (side note just tried to reduce my sky mobile bill and 3rd time and right person got excaly what i wanted).

just need to keep trying
