Your doing so well and still got plenty more days to find the rest 😁Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.4

Thank you I can't believe that I have managed this much tbh. I never thought I would hit 1 weeks interest ket alone 2. I am finding it really motivating to post and countdown to my target. I don't think I would have got this far if I hadn't set targets.MovingForwards said:Your doing so well and still got plenty more days to find the rest 😁Mortgage Aug 2019 161,000 :eek::eek:Nov 2019 156,500:T Jan 2020 153,122:T, Apr 2020 149,500, Apr2021 139, 675, Oct 2021 136,823, Dec 2021 136,120🙂EF 0/12,000 (0%)😕 (5062.44 was ERC), Jan 2023 128,650. 20.09 paid from surveys today plus 7.97 TT, which makes 152.24 survey/research money and 13.82 TT for this month. I OP a min of 382.29 each month bringing my total for the month to 548.35 which I am so pleased with.
The monthly shuffle is due and currently having a think about this. I will report back when monthly interest is added so I can see the month on month change.
Enjoy your Bank Holiday.

That is an amazing achievement, a 50% uplift! Well done
I'd celebrate with a cheeky £1.65 just to round it off.🍾

Still to do the money shuffle as been away for a few days but wanted to report in survey money of 38.35 to start the month off, going to aim for 2 weeks interest from survey money 147.68 during September as I know I have another 30 pending.
Back with money shuffle and monthly round up figures soon.

Money shuffle done and a min OP made to the mortgage of 395.06, which includes money from a DD we have been able to ditch.
I have done a very quick calculation and think I will have a balance of around 144,390 when interest added and payments so far considered... So very close to 144k which is officially 10% paid which is equivalent to my living room. I must not get 2 ahead of myself but I am very pleased with the progress we are making. When official figures in I will update my signature.Mortgage Aug 2019 161,000 :eek::eek:Nov 2019 156,500:T Jan 2020 153,122:T, Apr 2020 149,500, Apr2021 139, 675, Oct 2021 136,823, Dec 2021 136,120🙂EF 0/12,000 (0%)😕 (5062.44 was ERC), Jan 2023 128,650.
