Been working today, its been so hot as I work from my conservatory, so despite my fan it was hard to concentrate at times. A good excuse for am ice cream this afternoon though.
I found some toys for Christmas and my sons birthday in the axgos sale so that saved a bit and helped me feel a little organised. I'm starting to get bits in advance as it will be more difficult in lockdown if that comes again and also seeing bits in the sale keeps costs down.
A small offering of 1.90 to the pig today. Its so easy to make an OP with my mortgage company and making them as regularly as I have been is really helping me to focus this month. 91.18 in survey money so far.
I have done a few calculations and have now saved another month on the term bringing me to 13 months saved and save £4 a week in interest, not loads but everything really does add up.
We got a refund of 12 for a DD which we didn't cancel in time so might out that as an OP at month end if the bank account is healthy enough.
Our savings have hit just over 7k now due to a holiday refund but we need some work done on the garage so that will eat into it quite a bit.

A much cooler day workwise today which helped my concentration.
My offering today is 6.23, somewhere along the line I have miscalculated so missed a bit of survey money previously. So far this month I have made 103.02 in survey/market research.
I have hit my first target of a weeks interest, my second one of getting the balance under 145,500, so time to set another...
147.74 is 2 weeks interest. It going to be a massive push but if I try and fail I will be closer to my goal. So need to find 44.72. I am kind of treating it as a game now to see what I can do each day and how much of the daily interest I can clear. Each day I pay 10.52 in interest alone so anything I can pay to offset that in my eyes is a bonus.
Watch this space, I can't promise it will happen but I'm going to give it a good shot!
Hope you are all OK.
