Well done on your target.
Hope the little one feels better soon.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.3 -
Hello everyone,
I have finally had time to sit down and work out the money shuffle. I have sent an OP of 382.29, which is money that we have saved or gained somewhere along the way and as it was money we didn't have it gets paid each month. Next month it will increase by 12.77 as we are cancelling a DD that's no longer needed.
I have started looking at Lisa's but not yet committed to anything.
This month we are going to try to really cut down on food shopping as we have been spending way too much. I have a click and collect tomorrow for the things I can't get elsewhere which will last the month and then we will do weekly shops in a cheaper shop (which we used pre lockdown).
Last month I made 66.52 and this month I am aiming for a weeks interest which is 74.43. I have a few things in the pipeline so fingers crossed it will be achievable which would be fabulous.
Going to work out some figures and add a new post so I don't loose this post.Mortgage Aug 2019 161,000 :eek::eek::eek:Nov 2019 156,500:T Jan 2020 153,122:T, Apr 2020 149,500, Apr2021 139, 675, Oct 2021 136,823, Dec 2021 136,120🙂EF 0/12,000 (0%)😕 (5062.44 was ERC), Jan 2023 128,650. Another impressive O/P LW2G.
Your food shopping will reduce when you settle into a new routine and revert to physically doing it. It's easy to add an extra item here and there when doing online or click & collect.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.2 -

My Mortgage Free Wannabe Diary2 -
Thanks EP.
I have checked the mortgage balance this morning after the monthly payments have been allocated and it now stands at 145599.10. That 99.10 is annoying me so may become my stretch target for survey money this month.
I have just sent over another 25 (21.66 survey money and the rest account rounding). My progress so far for surveys money is 28.86/74.43 which I am really pleased with given that that month has only just started really. This leaves 45.57 to find. Before I started this diary I would have never thought it was possible, just proves how wrong you can be.
