Thanks SH.
Looks like I got my figures wrong (forgot to add the monthly interest on), so my balance is actually 146,973. 39. I have to remind myself that everything we are doing is making a difference as hitting a bit of a what's the point moment if I am honest.
OH has been told redundancies are going to happen in his work but he is safe thankfully. I will be back in work but wfh in about 3 weeks so will all be change again but helps with the job security fear.
I have had my tax info from my employer so just waiting for my OHs before we can process our tax returns and hopefully see some money back relating to tax paid on ppi which could be put towards an OP.

Keep your chin up. Every step forward is one nearer your goal. (((hugs)))
I Believe.....
That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.
Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery
Today is a gift. That's why it is called the present.
happiness isn't achieved by getting extra things,
but by getting rid of the things that make you unhappy4 -

In positive news my standard mortgage payment had not been taken when I had my wobble above so the balance will be closer to what I thought. 145k is coming soon :-)Mortgage Aug 2019 161,000 :eek::eek:Nov 2019 156,500:T Jan 2020 153,122:T, Apr 2020 149,500, Apr2021 139, 675, Oct 2021 136,823, Dec 2021 136,120🙂EF 0/12,000 (0%)😕 (5062.44 was ERC), Jan 2023 128,650. Just thought I'd pop in and say hello!
You're doing really well! 😊
Don't worry about the wobble - we all have them from time to time (I fell off the wagon so often I got concussion! 😉😂) but every penny really does make a difference! It's all worth it in the end - plus you'll be teaching your babies a valuable lesson in financial security (I know they're still tiny but they grow so quick! 🙈)
You'll own your front room in no time! 😉

Thanks for the lovely message Squirrelgirl
Well I checked my balance after the monthly mortgage reduction and its now 146,700.37 so looking OK.
Yes living room will be all mine soon. We have been finally putting up some nice family pics and have intentions to get the blinds redone when we feel more comfortable in relation to Covid. The carpets will be waiting a while as not much point with the 2 small people and aging cats.
