I have cashed out of prolific (5.77) and qmee today (6), so will send that to the mortgage. Its a small amount but will all add up and another 6 interest will be saved. Its nice to have something which isn't pay day dependant.

Forgot to say I saw a house today that looked lovely on rightmove and within budget, we went to see the outside but didn't like it so that's good in a way. Still have itchy feet though... Not sure that's a good thing in this climate.

Another year. She has ASD and doesn't cope well with change - plus in an ideal world we want to move to the country so it would be a huge change. We may need to wait longer for her to perhaps do a degree apprenticeship or similar but we'd love to have moved already but at the same time want her to feel supported. Our neighbours got their house valued today which suggests our house should be worth £255-280Kish. but most of the ones I like are more than that - but if they weren't too much more it should be doable. They are all too far from work - which is fine in a lockdown situation but wouldn't be for commuting. I think we'd have to buy any new home while in our current jobs though and then just quietly change later. There's a house up for £289K that I like on RM with acres in Wales but while we could get the finance together with DD it just isn't doable right now.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
