  • 32.16 miles is my first fitbit stats for the year. Not the best in steps but I am back to the gym with a stretch and torture class and step class completed. Ached so much after the torture class but can only get easier surely? ;)

Goal for the coming months is to build up to 4 classes every week as well as increase steps generally.
    Make £10 a Day Feb .....£75.... March... £65......April...£90.....May £20.....June £35.......July £60

Couldn't fix my fitbit, tried everything, but did take out a replacement guarantee when I bought it so I got a new one which is actually better than the old one so worked out well. It auto-recognises most exercise which is helpful.

So far I've ridden 9.5km on the horse, and have had 10/12 active days including mostly gym, walking and yoga along with the horse riding which I'm pleased with.

Have ridden the horse 21km in January. Wasn't able to school as the school was locked down due to a virus that has been going around, but I'll make up for it another time. I've exceeded my exercise targets for January but my hip is now really playing up. I have a physio appointment and a GP appointment next week, I'm going to try and get a scan on it, we'll see what happens. So for February I'm going to do more walking, possibly try some pilates, and cut down on the gym a bit to try and give my hip a rest.

I’ve walked 170.09 miles in January - a bit lower than I’d ideally like, but it is January! Aiming for 175 miles minimum for February, a gradual improvement as the weather (hopefully) warms up.
