I have had a good look through the John Lewis Christmas on their website - so exciting!!
If you go on Matalan website and search Christmas it is now showing lots of their new Christmas stock4 -
Thank you Rainbow. I don't often buy from shops Christmas wares but I do enjoy browsing for ideas if nothing else.
Went to The original factory shop yesterday(new trainers for Mr V).They have a small Christmas section.I fondled a Teddy bear nut cracker but put him back.I have more than enough decorations already.I did get some perfume for dd2 and some earrings in the sale for dd1.Nice little stash building now. I have ordered a rugby training top for DS.Also noticed Christmas cards in The card factory but didn't go in and look.I bought cards in January.I am wasting time instead of sorting the house out, must get on.

Just catching up on the last couple of days of comments - love seeing the thread speed up as we get nearer to Christmas (I suspect it may be even earlier than usual this year as we all need something to look forward to!) Not sure of my Top 5 Christmas books, but I love COMFORT AND JOY by India Knight, and DRIVING HOME FOR CHRISTMAS by Emma Hannigan and various Christmas ones by Jenny Colgan. Off to have a look at the JL website now!5

How could I forget - The CHRISTMAS CHRONICLES by Nigel Slater. Part cook book, part travelogue of amazing Christmassy places around the world that he visits and part Christmas trivia. It's written in diary style from 1st Nov through to January, so it's really more about Winter than just Christmas but I read each day's diary entry on the day and it's such a treat - like an extended advent calendar!6

I have made a note of the book recommendations, can not wait to have a look at some of them
I placed an order at The Works this morning for craft stuff for Christmas and some kids books as gifts. They have a 20% off code too so plenty of bargains4 -
Just a mini vent from me, don't know if anyone else finds this but why do so many places seem to skip a year in kids clothing sizes (eg they do 7-8 but the next size is 9-10 not 8-9)£2 Savers Club for 2022 #126

Got a cologne set for my grandad in tkmaxx Might keep it for his birthday which is in January. Got a cute ceramic elephant filled with pot pourri which can be refilled for £4.99 for my gran as she loves elephants. Still got £9.00 to spend on her though. Used my gift card BT reward to pay for them so saved some money.
