Likewise, Pip, I must get back to WFH. I did go into work this morning but my hayfever was really bad. People didn’t appreciate me coughing and sneezing so I came home!

Wow, thank you for the pattern link. Knit your own fishnet tights! I won’t be trying the knitted pants and vest any time soon, but there are some good classic patterns there, thank you for sharing that.Life is mainly froth and bubble: two things stand like stone. Finished jumper to show off!
Yay! Blanche Too is finished! I wore it today so thought I’d share it with you. This photo is the only one I have that actually shows the true colour of the silk.

Lovely photo of you - you look really nice in this! - but also lovely jumper, and what a lovely colour! Silk, at that? Gorgeous...
Nice work.2025 remaining: 37 coupons from 66:
January (29): winter boots, green trainers, canvas swimming-shoes (15); t-shirt x2 (8); 3m cotton twill (6);
.
2025 second-hand acquisitions (no coupons): None thus far
.
2025 needlework- *Reverse-couponing*:11 coupons :
January: teddybear-lined velvet jacket (11) & hat (0); velvet sleep-mask (0);3 -
This is not normal.
It does however let me know that I don't need to buy another vest-top for the rest of my natural life, as 26 should be enough (and there are some black ones from years ago still kicking about somewhere in a box. I think about 15 of those...).
t-shirts, also - 24 should really be enough for anyone.
I didn't have the courage to count the long-sleeved t-shirts on the lower shelf...
Ummm

Nice work.
It’s Debbie Bliss Pure Silk DK in the colourway 27006, Moss Green. Silk is lovely to knit, although I wouldn’t recommend this yarn - the quality of the spinning isn’t good. There are multiple complaints on Ravelry about it being overspun in places and containing very slubby joins, and I completely concur.Laura_Elsewhere said:This is not normal.

Pip - that jumper is lovely, soft greens are one of my colours, I wish I could knit my own jumpers or anything would be a start, I did intend to knit an infinity scarf during this period but as we only got 5 minutes notice that it was going ahead I didn't get to the wool shop.Laura - it is a lot of t shirts and tops but at least you can get them all in one place, my stuff is crammed in and loads and loads of it is packed away in the loft. I have a habit of wanting to buy spares of things I love, today I am wearing a pair of Gap natural linen trousers, I got them BNWT in a charity shop for £4 and they look so flattering and I am thinking I need more pairs of them, same with the dungarees I got last weekend, wore them for 3 days, completely love them and started thinking I need 2 more pairs.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

Welcome @spooney7 we sound in a similar position. I had a baby 18 months ago, have been wearing the same 8 tops and 3 skirts ever since. I thought I wouldn't be breastfeeding for very long but little one had other ideas so I am still wearing the tops I bought that I thought "would do" for an expected 6 weeks or so whilst my lovely 'ordinary' clothes languish in the spare room.
Laura I suspect that the volume of clothes that you have is very normal . . . judging from friends and family who have let me see their wardrobes . . . we are all mislead by lovely minimalist photos in magazines.
Love the jumper Pip.6 -
Hello everybody! Not bought any clothes but have finished a blanket I started a while ago (🤫🤫about 4 years 😂 I kept picking it up and putting it down) it would be prettier with different colours but I accidentally ordered 2 very large balls of aran yarn in the wrong colour and didn't want to waste them.
