:T:T You can exclude petrol if you like, if it's a necessity - along with basic groceries, or anything else you can't really function without. I exclude bus and train fares basically because I use public transport most days so would almost never have an NSD if I didn't.

A miracle of a NSD for me today, went into 3 shops avoided 3 sales as nothing looked worth it, then went to the pub and survived off water while meeting up with a friend!
