Ooooh, a new CCL diary chapter! I'm in! I will also be returning to my healthy eating. I lost 6 stones between 2011 & 2013. I dropped from a size 26 to a size 16, but although I've kept 4 stone of it off, I have spent the past 5 years cycling the remaining two stones on & off. At the moment, they are very much ON! My wardrobe is pretty much all size 16s & 18s. I don't intend to buy new clothes in bigger sizes & as I don't fancy trotting around town in the buff either, I shall be working hard at getting my good food & fitness habits back. I'm sure my diary will be full of biscuit fancying moans by about January 8th!
Good luck m'duck...... let's see if you can make 2020 your year!

Hello CCL
Best wishes for 2020.
I'm another one who finds it difficult to loose weight. Ideally I should shed about three stone to be a healthy weight. One of my plans for this year is not to weigh myself. I just find it depressing and demotivating. Instead I'm going to concentrate on eating and drinking healthily and walking a lot. It might take a while but it'll be worth it.
Hope you finally get the court thing sorted out next week.Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.0
