Nightmare neighbours are, well… a nightmare. And something that worries me about potentially moving, it’s such an unknown. I’d be wanting to leave ASAP too, it’s hard when your home is your sanctuary and then something intrudes on that.Debt at LBM (Dec 2018): £23,167

No harm in playing around with ideas & numbers.
Nothing worse than dire neighbours.

My broker has to check about the mortgage portability as it says it's not portable but then there is confusing wording right under that. I've always been of the understanding that it's not portable.
I'm tiptoeing around the flat and they're just going about their daily lives making more noise than ever. I just can't live in a flat anymore.Mortgage at 12/07/2022 = £175,000

I've just signed up to a new broadband provider as my current deal is up next month. Just need to remember to cancel it on Monday (30 days' notice). £3 less a month than the current one and hopefully some cashback. Also, we can take it with us when we move if we're still in contract (12 months).Mortgage at 12/07/2022 = £175,000

The mortgage is portable! The lender is working on sorting out the wording on their illustrations but it is a known (by them) error. Great news.Mortgage at 12/07/2022 = £175,000

Great news! Nothing worse than nightmare neighbours, especially in flat/terraced/semi. We want to live away from people if we can for that reason.4
