As above, you can't amend it but you will of course have the witness statement and evidence stage, as shown in the NEWBIES thread under 'IMPORTANT - KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN'.

Its The Channings residential carpark opposite the tennis courts on Kingsway along Hove seafront.
I had an allocated spot but I parked closer to the door in someone else's spot while I offloaded some heavy items.

OK, definitely Jopson v Homeguard (appeal) comes into play, then, if the car was only photographed for minutes.

Oh, and when you get their evidence and WS can you pm me a link to read it?  We haven't got that landowner authority in our collection.

I just got an email to say that my court date was double booked for the 29.04.2021. This was the first I had heard about my court date!!! I updated them with my new address but luckily they emailed to say it was double booked and will be reschedule asap. I was hoping this thing would go away as it's been going on for years now. I still haven't been sent there evidence or anything. Can anyone help me on how I can obtain this?

You 'REPLY ALL' by email to the court and Claimant's solicitor (whose email will be copied into the one you got from the court I expect) and tell them both that you have received nothing except this email and knew nothing about the April court date.  Remind both the court and the Claimant that your correct address for service (as already advised on  DATE) is:

And as such, you ask that the Claimant now furnishes you with their Witness Statement and evidence that you can only assume was posted to what they knew was not a serviceable address.  

And you ask that the court note on file that their previous Directions/Orders have been sent to an old address and to erase the old address so this does not disadvantage you by happening again. 

Ask that Directions are provided to give you a fair opportunity to file and serve your own WS and evidence before the re-arranged hearing without any issue being caused to you, because you have not responded late - you simply have not received letters sent to an old address and both the court and Claimant knew the new address.*


* also attache proof that they knew.
