I called up today to have my mediation cancelled. Was in a queue of 12 people on the phone and after an hour I was front of the queue and then as soon as it connected it hung up! Called NCCBC and they said to email. Emails will be responded in 10 days but my mediation is in 9 days! the NCCBC told me that the case was struck out because Gladstones had failed to file their DQ in time but then it turned out to be filling issue by the court and so the case was re-instated in June and they filled the DQ 1.10.20 so its back on!0

Dont waste so much time. You can simply offer 0 at mediation, they refuse, done in five minutes.1

I've just had a letter from Brighton County Court saying the CCBC recorded my defence as being filed back In January this year however this was not placed on the file and thus cannot be transferred to Brighton County Court. They've asked me to email it again. Should I use this opportunity to amend my defence?? @Coupon-mad helped me with it back at the start of the year.0
