Repeated hospital parking fines for taxi driver working for ambulance service

I don't know if you missed it in all the nonsense that has been going on here, but I have tried to assist the OP by suggesting they simply follow the rules we all are expected to follow, not to leave their car inconsiderately, but park up in the car park when they need to stay longer than the 20 mins otherwise permitted for dropping off, and pay the relatively tiny parking fee when they leave
The only nonsense being spouted on here is from you!
You have continually attacked the OP for doing his job, which is as a subcontractor to the NHS to provide official transport for patients that need it, this will be paid for indirectly by the trust and free up trust vehicles and ambulances to do other things.
The OP is not acting as a taxi service but transporting and helping patients that cannot get there under their own steam.
Parking up then walking around to find someone isn't an option, then leaving that vulnerable client whilst then going off to pay parking charges (which may not be recoverable) and find the vehicle is most probably not showing a duty of care either.
Maybe you should engage your narrow minded trolling brain before telling someone what to do in the future.
This "money saving" forum is trying to help someone from coughing up cash to scammers in an unregulated industry that are only in existence to skim money out of victims to fund their greed consumed owners purchase of their next Range Rover!0 -
Picking up and dropping off goods or passengers is not parking. This is explained by the judge in the case of Jopson vs Homeguard.
In any case, the former Secretary of State for Health and Welfare, Jeremy Hunt stated that parking at hospitals should be free, as does the NHS parking principles already linked in an earlier thread.0 -

Why doesn't the NHS employee simply cover their numberplate in/out every time, if this is an ANPR car park?
They will never get a PCN and have no need or lawful reason to supply the VRN data to a scammer. Such an easy way to bring down ANPR operator firms.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
