By making statements about emails being received as a fact when you don't know what was or was not received you are suggesting the OP is either a liar or an idiot which is also nasty
It is clear that Dominos should apply some common sense
There seem to be some payment processor problems around
I have tried to book a Premier Inn room tonight but the silly website logo keeps going round and round
Tried twice having rung up to make sure no transaction went through
Stupid policy does not allow the hotel to sell non flex on the phone and would rather their customers went elsewhere
Gave up and booked at Travelodge instead1 -

I have no idea what you are on about. Erroneous charges are covered by the chargeback scheme.

That link is very generic and does not cover the various chargeback rights available.
Can't use duplicate as OP ordered more than 1(duplicate only covers retailer processing errors, not customers)
Can't use non reciept as OP did receive more than 1 item as ordered.
Can't use non receipt of refund as OP does not have proof of refund processed.
"Erroneous charges" is not a Visa chargeback right..Life in the slow lane0 -
I have been extremely busy...
OBVIOUSLY I did not get a bloody confirmation email either at the time. I could not find a telephone number for visa checkout, had to settle for an email. I will try phoning up the main visa line later.0
