In other news, my mortgage payment went out yesterday so I logged in to see the updated balance - and the bank's valuation has gone down by £3k in a month 😮! I know it only means anything if you're looking to sell/re-mortgage etc etc etc, but that's still a pretty startling drop on somewhere they were only valuing at £91k in the first place!!!

I’ve never heard of being able to see the valuation never mind adjusting it 😱 I can’t see why it would have gone down, the market here has picked up and houses are going fast since the stamp duty announcement?

Tesco home panels is another one if you don’t already use it. Tedious and slow but as you said so is the nectar one.

I don't understand it either NG, it's actually nicer here than it would normally be at this time of year as well, as less people = less traffic (although the seafront/beach had a fair amount of people on when I went for my walk this morning, and not even 8.00am). It is weirdly cheap here though (obvs I'm biased) and valuation still £10k more than I paid, so not complaining!

Not heard of the Tesco one DFOD, will look into that. Do they pay you in Clubcard points?

I'm also in awe of your groceries budget! You're inspiring me to get more of a grip on mine! I have a groceries budget in YNAB but it tells me that this year my average has been £160. Which isn't crazy, but I also eat out, or more takeaways at the moment, a fair bit!

I am yearning to go to a restaurant, I just love them (and it's BF's turn to pay 😀). All of my local independent favourites are taking part in the eat out to help out scheme next month, so am trying to nudge him down that path....😀
