I have to confess that I am not really a cake fan. Now put a tube of smarties or a pk of tootie minties down on the table in front of me & you had better not blink.

Hard? Mmm.. not the way I make them! I like them with beetroot in for depth but tricks you into thinking they aren't that unhealthy2025 decluttering: 3,848🌟🥉🌟💐🏅🏅🌟🥈🏅🌟🏅💐💎🌟🏅🏆🌟🏅

I love all cakes but as I am GF I get extra excited when I can buy them GF rather than having to make them myself.DON'T BUY STUFF (from Frugalwoods)
No seriously, just don’t buy things. 99% of our success with our savings rate is attributed to the fact that we don’t buy things... You can and should take advantage of discounts.... But at the end of the day, the only way to truly save money is to not buy stuff. Money doesn’t walk out of your wallet on its own accord.

I felt terribly boring only being able to tick the "I wash my denim with fabric softener" box and am now wondering whether I've been doing it wrong all these years 🤔🤔🤔???Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

I guess I should say something about money 🤔🤷♀️?
Well this month seems to be going well, seem to have plenty left at the moment so shouldn't need to put as much as usual into the pots when I get paid (and that's after putting less in last month as well 🤔?) I also remembered earlier that I've got some mileage expenses coming back to me this month, so that will be a nice chunky bonus and mean some more cash can be put aside - with my S&S ISA wobbling at the moment it seems a good time to have a bit extra to invest.
In non-money stuff, the back of my thighs are aching from climbing up the steps from the harbour two days running, and I have started drafting my non-financial goals for 2022. 2021 was the year of health, 2022 is going to be the year of happines 😀!Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

I'm curious as to how you have managed to be doing so well in your pots. Please pass over that power to me please.
Can I ask what some of your goals are?6
