Vanguard had an issue last week with their systems; got an email saying that they couldn't take my usual investment but would attempt to take it a week later but then the money appeared magically in the Vanguard account as usual so 🤷♀️ Hope the cheque clears without too many issues.Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20175

I'm not sure which part of "I don't have the ID" they didn't grasp from my original message 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️?

Yay for a lump into the car fund!
They probably didn't read your email properly, I imagine that they only get so many seconds per email.2 -
No excuses KP, they're just making more work for themselves by not handling it correctly on the first contact!Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

I-Say is doing that more often lately. I had the same though not the same survey. They didn’t even bother responding to my email..DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

Oh no, sorry to hear I'm not the only one 🙁 They've replied today to say I can find the ID from my list of attempted surveys, so I've again referred them to my earlier email which states it's not showing on the list and helped them out by sending them a screenshot of the list. It's not looking promising....but for £1 it's worth persevering!Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

I properly hate that SC. I use a customer management system for automatic emails, and was having a problem where when I clicked on a client's email it wasn't opening their record, instead of, y'know, opening it. I sent a ticket and they said "can you send us a screenshot of the problem" like.... no? Because the problem is that nothing is happening! How can I send you a ss of nothing happening???Rule 7: If you're not changing it, you're choosing it.
