All kale lovers welcome 😋!
That's rubbish, hope you get your money back soon. It took me 3 phone calls to get a refund on something at the beginning of last year (pre-Covid, so no excuses) - and that's in addition to the many, many times I called and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone 🤦♀️! All stories of poor service welcome, it makes me feel better about not always getting it right for our customers first time (although I hope none of you secretly are my customers 😳)!Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

If the underwear order was Em n Ess I have had missing items with them before and they happily sent out a replacement item no problem
It was! I was too busy ranting about them to see your reply! Hopefully I will hear back from them with lots of sunshine and positivity then 🤞
I phoned EmnEs customer service re missing items - call was less than 5 mins long and items were sent out straight off - this was only last SummerI am the master of my fate; I am the captain of my soulRepaid mtge early (orig 11/25) 01/09 £124616 01/11 £89873 01/13 £52546 01/15 £12133 07/15 £NILNet sales 2024: £203 -
Deal 🤣!
Ah, phone could well be the answer then. Must admit, I do tend to avoid making phone calls in my personal life because I make so many at work. Might have to put the big-girl pants on!Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

I hate making calls as well. I wish there was a service where you could email someone and they would deal with all this nonsense for you.

Sounds like a great business idea, KP - I'd use it.

And me! I too hate making calls, but sadly for me Mr Cheery is even more weedy than me soI make all of them.
In fact, I'm just about to make one now - calling the breakdown people as the car we bought YESTERDAY won't start 🙄 I am NOT looking forward to the eye rolling I'll get when they get here (like last time...)
Not sure how it would work having someone else make calls like this but surely it MUST do, or else rich people would be all ringing the garage and the phone company like the rest of us and I suspect they're not 😂 Is it against MSE rules to keep a virtual personal assistant on retainer to make these phone calls? Or even just hold my hand while I make them?? 😂😂7 -
Oh Cheery! Not caught up on your diary since yesterday- what a nightmare!
Definitely a virtual personal assistant is required (my sister has just gone into doing this having worked as a PA for many years, it’ll be interesting to see what she does!)Mortgage free 16/06/2023! £132,500 cleared in 11 years, 3 months and 7 days
