    All kale lovers welcome 😋!

That's rubbish, hope you get your money back soon. It took me 3 phone calls to get a refund on something at the beginning of last year (pre-Covid, so no excuses) - and that's in addition to the many, many times I called and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone 🤦‍♀️! All stories of poor service welcome, it makes me feel better about not always getting it right for our customers first time (although I hope none of you secretly are my customers 😳)!

I could happily live in a world where kale didn't exist at all!🤣

If the underwear order was Em n Ess I have had missing items with them before and they happily sent out a replacement item no problem
greent, I thought we were friends - you can't start hating on kale 🤣🤣🤣!

It was! I was too busy ranting about them to see your reply! Hopefully I will hear back from them with lots of sunshine and positivity then 🤞
As long as you never feed me kale we can continue to be friends 😂😂

I phoned EmnEs customer service re missing items - call was less than 5 mins long and items were sent out straight off - this was only last Summer :)

    Deal 🤣!

Ah, phone could well be the answer then. Must admit, I do tend to avoid making phone calls in my personal life because I make so many at work. Might have to put the big-girl pants on!

I hate making calls as well. I wish there was a service where you could email someone and they would deal with all this nonsense for you.

Sounds like a great business idea, KP - I'd use it.

Oh Cheery! Not caught up on your diary since yesterday- what a nightmare!

Definitely a virtual personal assistant is required (my sister has just gone into doing this having worked as a PA for many years, it’ll be interesting to see what she does!)
