(Have upset myself now looking at the nutrition information and all those ingredients 😳! Wish I could get BF to make me pizza dough, but he refuses and I am too lazy!)I used to make pizza dough by hand - (with extra olive oil so it was more ciabatta-y), the first time you do it, it's a pain. The second time, it's less of a pain. By the third time, if you've memorised your preferred quantities, it's a 10/15 min job. If you have a Kitchen Aid - it's a 5 min job - but it took me 15 mins to thoroughly de-dust the thing .Anyway, what I like about my own pizza bases is that I can make them from wholemeal flour - more filling, and a bit more .Anyway, what I like about my own pizza bases is that I can make them from wholemeal flour - more filling, and a bit more , plus I put four in the freezer for another day.2014 starting mortgage £165,0002015 second charge £20,000 - Jan 2021 paid off in fullCurrent outstanding balance - £115,8565 , plus I put four in the freezer for another day.2014 starting mortgage £165,0002015 second charge £20,000 - Jan 2021 paid off in fullCurrent outstanding balance - £115,8565

maybe theyre counting each individual bit of tomato in the tin as a portion??South_coast said:So I've just been to Sainsbury's for a couple of bits and bought:
 1 vegetable pizza
 2l fizzy water
 1 loaf of bread
 1 red onion
 1 tin of chopped tomatoes....
.... And apparently that shop counted as 61 portions of fruit and veg for the Nectar challenge 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️?
I honestly can't believe they're counting the pizza, but they must be based on that???Rule 7: If you're not changing it, you're choosing it.

Who knows? I'm off back there to do a proper shop later, so am going to blow their minds with the fruit and veg buying (have switched to there for f&v while the offer is on - for the items which are the same price as Lidl anyway). I need 50 portions to hit my monthly target, so as I'll be buying more than I did on Friday I fully expect to reach it (and if I don't then I'll be even more baffled)!Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

            Right, fruit and veg/Nectar update....
 I bought:
 200g bag of kale
 4 red peppers
 5 bananas
Nectar app says....I need 35 more portions 🤷♀️
I have no idea how that only adds up to 15 portions, when a tin of tomatoes, a red onion and a vegetable pizza made up 61 portions two days ago 🤦♀️?Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

I'm so confused by the fruit and veg thing as well. I've got 65 more portions to get and I bought A LOT of fruit and veg this weekend; including my first actual pineapple so I can use the pineapple corer that my folks bought me for Christmas (no idea why they picked it up for me...🤣) Apparently a pack of cherry tomatoes and a tin of chopped tomatoes is 18 servings of tomatoes and 3 peppers is 4 servings...🤷♀️Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20176

Surveys about map-reading and skateboarding on tonight's One Poll - cue me getting Avril Lavigne's Sk8er Boi stuck in my head (can't think of any map-reading-related songs right now, but I'm open to suggestions if they'll move Avril on 🙄🤣)Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)
