Oh gosh SC, it seems to all come along at the same time. Glad to hear that the new job is keeping it open for you till you're a bit more mobile. My MIL and SIL both suffer from DVT and have it under control for the most part - SIL did have a few issues when she went through IVF with the hormones causing a flare up, but other than that they've been ok in the time I've known them. Hope you're getting lots of rest and relaxation. Definitely sounds like BF is taking care of you.

I think so Vix, flushed face and hot feeling seem to have gone (I just closed the windows 😀). Still got the rash, but I *think* it might be fading. I went for the most ridiculously short walk around the block earlier (0.4m according to Google Maps) and it was VERY different to shuffling around indoors - ouch. Will try again tomorrow.
In money news, I have hit my modest target of £38 free money this month (one of the few things I am able to do with my leg up in the air) and am currently at £44.81 😀 The final package of work dresses is due for delivery today, so I'll make a start on trying those on too over the next few days. Irritatingly, only two of them so far have come with a returns label (it was all from Debenhams, just in lots of different packages), I'm meant to go online and create my own label, which is not easy without a printer. Will have to see if I can ram all of the returns into two packages, as I don't think I can cope with taking £100's of stuff back to store (and although it's less than a 10-minute walk - on my normal legs - it's down several enormous sets of steps, and I don't think I can manage that at the moment, especially not whilst carrying packages 😮!)Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

Oh, I forgot to mention that I've activated the "Count up to Christmas" thing on the Nectar app, so they're awarding me points for collecting points. As I'm only collecting points for doing surveys at the moment, I'm racking loads up without actually spending any money - only need another 190 to get to the top level of rewards, and I think I'll hit that by the end of the week 😀!Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

Glad you're feeling a bit better. But 0.4 miles is quite a long way if you're not well!
Sainsbury's must be literally paying you to shop there.... madness, but(really wanted a twirling Martin emoji!)

It really didn't feel like very far though - I was only out of the house for 10 minutes!
I've just spent most of this afternoon and evening reading the whole way through my own diary - does that make me sad, narcissistic, or just a bit bored, I wonder 🤔? I was particularly tickled by my description of my lungs being on fire after walking up the steps from the seafront the other week - I know why now 🤣! What a year, eh? Wh_em was saying on her diary earlier that she is looking forward to 2020 being over, but at the moment we can't be sure that 2021 is going to be any better 😮! Hopefully it will be a bit more settled at the very least, I seem to have changed my mind about what to do regarding money so many times this year!!!
The final dresses have arrived (3 hours after the time slot, and after receiving a message with a photo of my neighbour's front door, which was a bit mystifying 🤣!) Now to start trying them on, which feels a bit exhausting at the moment....Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

In my head I think I've got a consistent plan, but evidently in reality I keep changing my mind! Pension contributions up/down, S&S ISA payments up/down/cancelled etc, focus on paying off the mortgage/focus on paying off a credit card I used to build up some savings etc. Much easier at the moment, as there is no money coming in so nothing happening of anything 🤣!
In other news, I've just been screened out of a survey for not being Moroccan - that must be the weirdest one yet 🤔?Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)
