  • Poor you SC - I am also a head in the sand type (I thought my premature labour with DD was just a little tummy ache and have had multiple lectures from my autoimmune nurse about my relaxed attitude to relapses).  

    Take care of yourself - it can be a big emotional shock being properly ill for the first time as well as all the physical stuff.
