Ooh, I've just received another product to test (I'd forgotten all about it) - make-up this time. Not sure how much opportunity I'll have to use it in the next 10 days, so have slapped some on now and am currently looking very glamorous sat on my sofa 🤣!Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)
Cleared 🧚♀️🧚♀️🧚♀️!!! In 5 years, 1 month and 29 days

might as well be glamorous on the sofa SC, there's not really anywhere else to go at the minute!

I don't know what you mean Cheery - I've got a thrilling outing to get my flu jab this afternoon, followed by Sainsbury's 🤣🤣🤣! I must confess, I did take it off not long after though. I never wear make-up in the house, so was totally paranoid about forgetting and getting it all over my white bedding!
No walk today, weather is murky (and I'm lazy). I did very briefly contemplate walking to the Doctor's, but as it's down one big hill and up another (with literally no flat bit in between), then obviously the same on the way back, I convinced myself it would be better to go straight to Sainsbury's afterwards and then BF's to remove the possibility from the equation! Now, if I had actually got round to switching to the surgery near where I live rather than the one near my old flat, it would have been a much more plausible idea 🙄!Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

I've just seen a job advertised with a salary of £1250 per day 😮😮😮! Who cares that it's not full-time 🤣! That's even better than the £125k a year one I saw last week. Now, if I could just blag it as a Consultant Gastroenterologist....🤔Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

Ooh I didn't know about streetbees - will check it out. Thanks, sc! How are your gastroenterology skills shaping up?Choose kind4

Not as well as my gastronomic ones - still only 3lbs lost 🤣🤣🤣!
Streetbees is....interesting.... Every survey starts with a question about how you are feeling and how Covid is affecting your mood today - there are only so many times you can answer that differently, so I was struggling a bit yesterday! They like to know all about things you are using, so be prepared to take photos of things like the inside of your cupboards, the ingredients for meals, and what you use to remove your body hair 🤣! They don't seem to mind if you tell them the same things when they ask you the same questions a week/10 days later though, and they pay automatically so you don't need to think about getting to a certain level or cashing out, it just happens by itself after a couple of days.
Flu jab was interesting, had to queue up outside in the rain. If I wasn't ill before....🙄 Then had to give my name to a girl stood outside the door, then again to the receptionist 4 feet inside the door (so not sure what the purpose of the outside girl was, but she was wearing a hi-vis and carrying a clipboard, so I'm sure she thought she was doing something very important 🤣!)Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

Right, it's the last day of September and BF will be home in a bit, so I don't foresee getting any more pennies into the bank in the next few hours - time to tot up the free money for the month!
The target ended up being £132, and the scores on the doors are:
£1.30 bank account interest
£2.00 Storewards
£2.05 bank account cashback
£5.00 Vypr
£5.00 Shoppix
£5.00 i-Say
£6.57 TopCashBack
£10.00 Panelbase
£10.00 Shop & Scan
£10.70 Streetbees
£23.30 Prolific
£26.63 Qmee
£27.50 cashed-in Nectar points
£30.00 Consumer Pulse
That makes a total of £165.05 🥳
In view of this, I didn't pursue cashing in the 4p cheque 🤣!
The £30 from Consumer Pulse feels like a bit of a cheat, as I hadn't claimed anything for months and months (plus some of the TopCashBack was from a hotel stay that I cancelled), but even without those it's still flippin' good!!!
I'm not planning on making any OP's this month, so I don't need to earn back the money to "neutralise" the cost of any ERC's. This month's target is therefore just to cover the cost of the interest, which is a very respectable £38 😀 Anything above that will be continuing to reduce my "debts to self", where I have borrowed money from the EF for sensible things like new underwear and work shoes to wear to interviews - but also what turned out to be a very expensive pub lunch 😮 The total deficit is currently sitting at £94.36 after chipping away at it with the September money over the target, so it would be great to make some headway on that again this month. I've also decided not to make life harder for myself by transferring the value of vouchers earned into savings from my personal budget, as this is why I haven't had money to pay for the things I've needed to buy, so I'm just going round in circles! Vouchers will be kept for me to spend; money earned as cash will go into savings. Haven't quite decided where Nectar points sit yet, as they feel a bit like vouchers and a bit like cash 🤔 I might go 50/50!Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

Thanks Jessy 😀 It turns out I was wrong about not getting anything more last night, as another £6.70 turned up! That's got October underway, since I'd already "declared" for September 😀Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

Congrats on the extra money, you're doing great at hitting the targets. I've just booked to have my flu jab at work which so far has also involved booking a parking space and a desk in the office and it's only for a 10 minute slot!Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20174
