I've just applied for a job working out of the same building that I previously worked in for 9 years! That would be weird! It's not even as if it's a big building, the company I worked for before had the whole thing. I've also done some online tests for another job, checking my logic and organisational skills. Kept me occupied for 15 minutes if nothing else 😀

Nothing else useful to add, except it's Friday and I have £12.50 of Nectar points to use over the next couple of days 😀 I'm getting used to writing shopping lists in £2.50 increments now 🤣!

It's looking like I'm going to come up about £7/£8 short on the August free money target. I've got £10 on the way from Panelbase (thanks Jessy for the recommendation on this one, I seem to get screened out of 95% of them, but obviously some are getting through!) but that won't land in August due to the Bank Holiday, and I have £4.05 cleared with £1.50 pending on Prolific, so very close but don't think I'm quite going to make it! It was a very ambitious target though, and at least these two will give me a head start on September's target (to include the August rollover 😮)

In cheerier news, the mortgage payment has been credited today (despite the fact it won't leave my account until 01/09 due to the weekend and BH 😀) and the balance is now £21,115.60 😀😀😀 The teens are in my sights!

TBH the insecurity around redundancy is doing the same for me. And motivating me to get the house finished so I could sell if necessary (either if I needed to move for the right job, or if I needed to downsize/relocate to reduce costs). 

I can’t believe the amount of detail some potential employers are asking for. I had to look out my GCSE results the other day!
