Wow - that has been a busy 10 days - family visit x2, then busy week at work, then family visits x2 at the seaside back where I grew up - which was nice. I'm not sure if I was surprised that I remembered so much, or that I had forgotten so much
Despite a lot of travel and eating out I was careful with what I ate, and I am now another kilo lighter - 11 kilos in 7 months - slow but sure.
Steps have been dreadful - I'm just not getting out there, but will be a focus again when I Go part time - was thinking of doing one gym session and then the next morning go for a long walk
Money OK - not keeping a tight eye on it so there is some wastage but not overly so, and I can nip that in the bud when I get through the summer.
Planning a long weekend in France to celebrate my part time ness, and then may be something at XMAS - probably UK seasonal market Sunday/MondayI think I saw you in an ice cream parlour

Hi @mark55man, great update. Having visitors is wonderful, but I must admit to enjoying the peace and settling back into my simple routine when they leave. Congratulations on the weight loss. Love that you are planning a trip away to celebrate your part time ness, after all it is an important milestone.2

Thank you Humboldt
Family visiting has quietened down and nice to have a weekend to ourselves.
Last full week of being super busy and its all gone well except was not helped by a tummy upset - don't think it was stress related as busy but not stressful. I actually enjoy working at full tilt (just not for too long)
in related news I seem to have lost another kilo over the last two weeks. SO I will take that as a bonus - I think being a little uncertain of your digestion helps wonderfully in moderating your food choices
Just chilling at the moment with a large sp0rtsd1rect mug of tea - starting my hydration early

I love how a sp0rtsd1rect mug has become a form of measure … a bit like blue whales or elephants 😊
