So local elections been and gone we ended up +1 new seat, 3 seats retained as our existing councillors were re-elected. Also our opponents contrived to have results that suited us. We were better organised so only did an average of 15000steps in last week rather than 25000 from last year!!
Going to take a few days off to recharge and then start on my backlog of garden improvement and decluttering - starting with a surplus of time-expired leaflets!!I think I saw you in an ice cream parlour

Now election over I had no excuse not to goto the gym so I did. First time this year did 2km slow jog and 2km slow row. Trying to improve time and distance without killing myselfI think I saw you in an ice cream parlour

@mark55man Go you! Whilst I sometimes have to talk myself into exercising, I have never regretted it once done. Even a walk around the block on days when I just don't feel like anything more strenuous is progress.3
