Just search the forum for Steve Clark and email him, in your own words, attaching a copy of the rejection letter with the blank space where he POPLA code is meant to be.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Some advice please.
I have just received a letter (dated 7.1.2020 but only received yesterday 14.1.2020) to pay the parking charge, now £149, by 21.1.2020. Letter states if I don't pay DRP will recommend to their client (the creditor: PTL) that they take court action against me.

With this, I was about to follow up with my complaint to the BPA and DVLA (re not receiving a POPLA code), and at the same time update them about the letter from DRP. BUT I have just found that the email did not get sent :(

Now not sure what to do.
Have I now missed the boat with my complaint to BPA and DVLA, which I was hoping would result in PCN being cancelled?
Would I be better off just biting the bullet rather than having to end up going to court to fight this, which I guess I have no guarantee of winning and would then mean the cost to settle likely increasing significantly?
    Thanks in advance!

    It's a debt collectors letter.

Post #4 of the NEWBIES thread offers comprehensive guidance on how to deal with debt collectors letters.

To summarise that post - ignore debt collectors letters.
